Team and Investors
Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum & Elevation Capital.

Growth Opportunity
We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr. We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing?
As the ABM – Engagement & Retention, you will own the post-activation creator journey, ensuring creators stay engaged, trust the platform, and adopt new features that help them earn more.
This role is about depth over breadth and building long-term creator relationships.
Engagement & Retention Outcomes
Co-own metrics with Business team for:
Feature adoption (Rewards, Storefront, FB channel, Select)
Creator engagement and sentiment
Identify what keeps creators active, and what causes churn
Build tracking systems to monitor creator behaviour across marketing initiatives and proactively plan implementation of changes.
Manage GTMs for new launches, features and creator-first activities
Develop positioning & branding for feature & key launches, while planning content & distribution that ensures maximum adoption.
Deeply understand creator sentiment and strategise on initiatives keeping creator at the heart.
Work closely with Business, Product & Content Teams to build solutions to key business problem statements.
Problem Solving & Trust Building
Research, conduct surveys and be completely involved in speaking to creators to drive marketing insights to identify gaps
Plan and manage content requirements wherever required, ensuring correct narratives and timely deliveries.
Partner with Content Strategists to craft trust-building narratives across platforms and formats.
Build long term content advocates in the community
Build & scale our content advocacy program to build loyalists and mentors in the content industry
Conceptualise content with creators to promote best practices, tips and hacks to use and grow with Wishlink
Manage operations and ideate on new initiatives to scale the program.
What are we looking for?
Thinks long-term about relationships and trust and actively works on improving the same.
Is comfortable solving ambiguous problems (sentiment, confidence, motivation)
Can lead GTMs around launches & adoption with clarity and ownership
Is comfortable partnering with Product and translating features into value
Has 2–4 years of experience in brand, product marketing, lifecycle, or community-focused roles
Has prior exposure to SaaS or consumer apps.
