Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series B round of $17.5M backed by leading global investors including Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India, Fundamentum, and Elevation Capital.

We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr. We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing?


As the ABM – Acquisition & Onboarding at Wishlink, you will own the creator entry funnel end-to-end — from first touchpoint to first successful earning moment. Your goal is to bring in the right creators, activate them fast, and reduce early drop-offs through clear positioning, education, and performance-driven initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys funnel thinking, problem-solving, and high-velocity execution.
Acquisition Funnel Ownership
Own key metrics across:
Creator acquisition via Influencer Marketing
Activation (signup → first link → first sale) via content and marketing levers.
Work closely with IM and Performance teams to bring quality creators into the ecosystem
Continuously diagnose drop-offs and identify levers for improvement
Drive problem solving across Acquisition and strategise/own the necessary initiatives.
Onboarding & Activation
Co-own onboarding success metrics for creators brought from above initiatives.
Drive nuanced problem solving and work cross functionally with Content, Design, Product and Business teams to prioritise and plan projects where content can be a solution.
Ensure creators clearly understand (without 1-on-1 interactions):
How Wishlink works
How to start earning quickly
Drive initiatives like Starter Kits, walkthroughs and other relevant projects.
Performance-led Campaigns
Program manage & plan performance-led creatives across Meta, Google & other platforms
Own 2% CTR metric across ads
Ensure timely delivery of creatives by working closely with Content Strategists and Design Team.
Own monthly & weekly reporting & strategy for performance creatives



What are we looking for?

Works at the intersection of business and creative.
Is comfortable owning numbers and accountability, not just execution
Can break a vague problem into clear hypotheses and actions, while managing time optimally.
Balances creative intuition with data-led decision-making
Can work cross-functionally without waiting for constant direction
Has 3–4 years of experience in brand, growth, product marketing, or performance-led roles
Has prior exposure in D2C & E-Com.
