Wishlink is on a mission to revolutionize the creator economy and redefine how people shop. We're all about providing every user with a highly personalized shopping experience guided by creators, so they can find exactly what they want, in a very short time, while improving their online shopping experience severalfold. We are shaping a new era at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet- e-commerce and social media.


Team and Investors

Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum & Elevation Capital.

Growth Opportunity

We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr. We are working with over 10,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more. 


Wishlink presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space, have the chance to work at an emerging consumer-tech startup and be an integral part of this dynamic journey.



What would you be doing?

In the ideal state, we would want you to focus on the following:

  1. Identify brands suited for partnerships; identify/build commercial models specific to these brands and a roadmap for these partnerships
  2. Identify brand side pain points (primarily, quicker scale) to ideate and launch new mechanisms (analogous to META AD Engine) to influence creator/user behaviours
  3. Own the P&L of every brand at Wishlink, starting from topline to Wishlink revenue
  4. Lead end-to-end Brand Partnerships & Brand Solutioning Team (Pre-Sales, BD, Inside Sales, Management, Retention) and be the spokesperson for Brand-side of things at Wishlink
  5. Example problem statements: 
  • What are the commercial models we use for different cohorts of brands? Can we create a tiered offering with predictability on Output & ROAS?
  • How do we scale Savana/NewMe/Libas/top D2Cs from 1 Cr to 10 Cr per month per brand?
  • How do we onboard Shein, Tata Cliq, Zara, etc onto Wishlink?
  • How do we automate internal processes to maximise the team’s time on solutioning with Brands? 
  • How should our Brand side product be evolved so that we move to a SaaS tool for Brands and do everything product-first, ops light?



What are we looking for?

If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media space - we like you already :)


  • 4+ years of professional experience in Consulting roles with MBBs (must)
  • 1+ years of experience in startups as EIR/Category Lead/BU Lead (preferred)
  • Understanding, Knowledge & Connections with e-commerce & D2C ecosystem of India, China, US (preferred)
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills, capable of delving into customer pain points and devising effective solutions to enhance value propositions
  • Ability to hire, manage & train a team of 10+ folks with an ability to build products & processes at SCALE
  • Proficient in first principles problem solving, relationship building and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills to foster effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Possess humility, kindness, empathy, and a receptiveness to feedback
